It was a weekend with a lot of smoke in the air, which gave moisture something to condense on.

But, Saturday was fairly sunny as we set up our tent in Ansonia.

As we prefer, we had a place to practice outside our tent in addition to doing shows on the tournament stage.

We started the day with a historical show.

Mid-afternoon we did our comedy show aimed at kids.

Then, in the evening another historical show.

There was some "confusion" in the falchion bagging move where we bring up audience members to help put someone in a bag.
One of our volunteers told me he had been drinking all day, the other said they had problems following instructions.
So, when the time came, they bagged Tom instead of Ian no mater how much I shouted "No, the one in the red shirt!" i guess they’re not Star Trek fans and don’t know who should lose…

Sunday started with some rain, but it soon cleared off.

As with Saturday, we started with a historical show.

As normal, we practiced things and gave out clues at our tent between shows.

Second act, the comedy kids sword show.

Then finally the last historical show.

So, the weather worked out much better than was forecast. It was somewhat bad air quality and quite warm, but the show went well and the audience seemed very interested in it.
