Mystic Realms 2023

Many of us had Friday off to drive down to New Jersey for this year’s Mystic Realms Fantasy Faire. https://www.wheatonarts.org/calendar-eventon/events/fantasy-faire/

Traffic was bad and the drive took hours longer than expected, but we got there in time to set up the tent that afternoon.




Then we went off for dinner at a diner near the faire across the street from some tanks.


After dinner other folks showed up.


Saturday morning we were on site for our rehearsal before the faire opened.




We practiced our stuff too.



We had 4 shows a day. Two are historical shows at our tent, two are part of the plot of the faire on the main stage.




















It was nice that some folks who have come to see our show many times over the years were there this year to see us as well.


After the faire we went to dinner with some friends and saw a nice rainbow.


Day two was supposed to be rain all day, but instead of was sunny and warm.
The shows were more or less the same.




My wife and I did get some time to roam about the faire, which was very nice.
