Delafaire 2023, week 2

Saturday morning started off frosty and the grass had a lot of white in it.


My wife said I looked sad about this…


Tom got things set up and the Phoenix out on the tent.



The juggler there looks a lot like Nathan…


Noah was able to join our show this week. He’s done very well.


You can tell I was impressed.


OK we really were.




As before, we shared our stage with our friend Sean and this week’s lovely assistant Dom.


There was a vendor there selling very sparkly flowers. Photos do not do it justice.
I offered to swap one for Tom.


(OK, we paid for it…)

Our historical shows went well. And, we used the flower…


































There were some cool costumes there…


It was much cooler than the weekend before. I liked that better than the heat.


Day two dawned more sunny.


The flower liked that.


Others hid from the sun.


Our tent did glow red inside in the sun.


Our historical show again went well.













Again, we shared the stage.




We did rotate the chairs for the audience so they didn’t have to stare into the sun to see us.















We packed up as the sun went down.



We’ll be back for week three this coming weekend!
